3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Recipes Artisan will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content we believe in good faith is infringing, without prior notice, and to terminate user accounts as appropriate.
4. Misrepresentation
Please note that submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification can result in liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
